We raised the standard and another FIRST when HCCM management set up out CAT team on a small ship in the port of Biloxi, Ft. Meyers, Miami and New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina while everyone else was commuting back and forth to the damage sites.  HCCM provided this service at no additional charge to our clients.

Our clients know we will will NOT send a beginner into the field with a file. We require a minimum of 3 years VERIFIABLE field experience. The years 2006 and 2007 do not count. We believe the only way to receive the training a candidate needs to become a good adjuster is by tagging along and working claims under the direction of an EXPERIENCED adjuster to properly learn this trade! PERIOD!
